About the event
The 14th annual Iowa Religious Freedom Day events are two-fold! A multi-faith breakfast and program is scheduled for April 14 at the Iowa State Capitol Rotunda. Free and open to the public, we especially invite people of all faiths and secularists of all stripes to celebrate the rich fabric of worldviews and faith we enjoy in Iowa. Come together to recognize the value of pluralism. Hear remarks from Micah Fries of the MultiFaith Neighbors Network.
On September 24, the symposium at Iowa State University will feature a variety of speakers from legal, academic, and civic backgrounds. Keynote remarks will focus on the importance of the US Constitution as the unifying document of our pluralistic society, as well as on the value of religious liberty in securing peace and prosperity for all who live in this country and state. Full details and schedule will be added later.
